Eklavya Sood On Working With Vivek Agnihotri, Anupam Kher

When asked about working with Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri and what he learnt from The Bengal Files director, Eklavya said, “What resonated deeply was how Vivek sir expects actors to fully inhabit their characters without holding back. During one intense sequence amid the Direct Action Day riot, he sensed there was an emotional layer yet to be unlocked. He suggested I pay tribute to those who suffered, and that prompted me to break down in tears.”

Talking about working with TBF’s ‘madman’ Mithun Chakraborty, Sood replied, “Although our timelines didn’t intersect in the film, just being part of a project featuring such a legend has been a huge honour for me.”

When asked about working with Saswata Chatterjee, the actor replied, “Similarly, we didn’t share any scenes, but working with an artist I’ve long admired was itself a privilege.”

Talking about Anupam Kher, the actor continued, “I didn’t get to share screen time with Anupam sir either, as he plays Gandhi. Nonetheless, his body of work has always inspired me, and I hope to share the frame with him someday.”
