Sheezan Khan expresses his feelings on missing his character Ali
Sharing how much he is attached to the character, Sheezan said, “I miss Ali. Let me be very frank when I read the character of Ali for the first time, I could see myself. I challenged makers to find a better Ali than me. It is not over-confidence, it is the belief. Because you know when you associate yourself with one such character your emotions get connected to it.”
He further revealed the reasons behind connecting to the character Ali, he said, “My emotions with Ali are connected strongly because of the story of his character that he used to live in an ordinary place and wanted to do something big in life, that’s the same story as mine. There was nothing to lose and to get we both had the whole world. With that, I took the courage and moved on.”

Concluding his feelings, Sheezan said, “I do miss Ali sometimes. But my whole point is I never took Ali as a character instead I assumed it was me who was living it. So, whatever reactions or improvisations used to happen it was Sheezan. That’s when I told people that I have not gone anywhere. Only the name has changed but I am the same person.”
For the unversed, Sheezan Khan had to quit the show Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul after the female lead Tunisha Sharma died by suicide. Sheezan was arrested and was in jail for the reportage that happened against him.
