Jasmine Bhasin On Sidharth Shukla
In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Jasmine Bhasin shares an anecdote about the time she first met Sidharth Shukla, “This was the press conference of Dil Se Dil Tak. Again, a very very special show for me, for my professional life and of course, for meeting Siddharth. We have some amazing memories, great times that we spent together. And the reason I could excel in that show, that I could survive in that show, and that I was appreciated for my performances, was because this man stood by me from day one and kept on motivating me.”
She added, “Kyunki main nayi thi, ye dono purane the, aur the experienced seniors the. Toh mujhe intimidated feel hota tha. So just to motivate me, to give me confidence, he stepped up for me. I still remember, first day aur ek scene kar rahi thi main, Baba ji wala where I get drunk and I’m trying to be in disguise, and him standing there, dhoop mein just to boost my confidence, that’s special.”
She concluded by saying, “The thing is, we weren’t even friends back then. I had just joined the show, I had just met him. But he was a very good human being.”
