EXCLUSIVE: Jeet Breaks Silence On Reviews Affecting His Work; Says, “Life Is Not Just About…”

Jeetendra Madnani is mononymously known as Jeet, is an actor and TV presenter known for his work in Bengali cinema. He is one of the few actors known for doing commercial action films in Tollywood. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Jeet reflects on if reviews whether good or bad affect his work in films or series.

Jeet On If Project Reviews Affect His Work

When asked if project reviews affect his work, Jeet said, “Look, there is something I heard a long time ago. When I entered the profession, an elder once told me, Never let success go to your head and failure to your heart. This has always stayed in my mind. We are here to work; work is a part of life, but life is not just about work. So, do your work with honesty and keep moving forward. Whatever happens, will happen as the higher power wills. You can’t really make or break much. But it seems that reviews are becoming a bit more personal now.”

He further added, “Ultimately, what happens is that when people like the content you’re creating, the value of that feedback is unmatched. There is nothing bigger than that. Yes, people can give all kinds of reviews, but if people like what you’re doing, they will shower you with love, and that is what should make you happy. As for the reviews, sometimes they make you feel good, and sometimes they stress you out, but that’s okay. The most genuine thing is people’s love. If that love is in the right place, then you don’t need to worry.”

Jeet Opens Up On Ensemble Cast And Reviews Of Khakee: The Bengal Chapter

Jeet elaborates on working in Khakee: The Bengal Chapter, “In this series, the common thing is that everyone’s work is being liked. Some people like X’s work, some like Y’s work, but no one is saying that they didn’t like something. Like, ‘I didn’t like the acting’ or ‘I didn’t like their acting.’ We haven’t heard that from anyone so far. People are talking about the core team, and the chemistry between everyone. We sense that, we sense that in the shoot as well. The energy with the team is amazing.”
