Talking about how Sushant inspired him in his acting journey, Karan said, “Mujhe uss time pe yeh laga tha ki if Sushant has kind cracked it then this could be my trajectory as well. And he had already become like “Sushant Singh Rajput”, right? “

He further added, “So that’s where it happened, where I felt like okay fine, luckily I’m still at the peak of my career in television ki aaj agar mein chodh du aur mein filmon mein fail bhi hojau, toh log mujhe success ke liye yaad rakhenge naa ki yeh fail hogaya isliye isne TV chodh diya. Toh mujhe laga re-entry karna thoda easy hojayega, but I didn’t have to look back at it, life is quite in a good space.”
