Actress Madhurima Tuli has returned to the big screen after a long gap with Tehran opposite John Abraham. She opened up about what kept her away from Hindi films. Her last major appearance was in the film Baby alongside Akshay Kumar, and since then, fans have been waiting to see her back in action.
Madhurima Tuli On Her Long Hiatus Comeback
Speaking about her comeback in films after 11 years, Madhurima shared with Bollywood Bubble, “Post my film, Baby, the kind of offer which I was getting, I was not very happy with films and the films which I wanted, I didn’t get. So that kind of took me back again to TV because TV, I was getting better offers. So I did a few TV and reality shows, but then again, after almost 10 years, I’ve got this project, Theran.”
Now, after almost a decade, she is making a comeback with a new film titled Tehran. Madhurima says she feels grateful to be returning to films and is excited about this new chapter. “So I feel grateful that I could again be a part of films. So that’s something which I’m excited about. It’s all destiny, I feel sometimes the 1st project you get, the 2nd project it becomes difficult to get. Sometimes you get it, and it doesn’t work your way, so you have to find your way,” she concluded.
Furthermore, she talked about her TV comeback and said, “TV, if I get something like extraordinary, I will definitely think about it, but right now, at this moment, I am looking forward to more films and OTT.”
