Poonam Pandey Clarifies NO Complaint Was Filed Against Raj Kundra

When asked about her taking a stand during the entire Raj Kundra controversy, and her allegedly filing a complaint against the business, Poonam Pandey cut the host and issued a clarification. She said, “I never filed any complaint. Maine complaint file hi nahi ki hai.”

When further asked about the lewd remarks and backlash she received for the claims of filing a complaint against Raj in the Bombay HC, Poonam said, “I vaguely remember this incident. He is a sweet guy (who hails from a) sweet family. I don’t think any of his dealings had anything to do with me directly – it was something different altogether. But again, sab jod diya jaata hai kaha se kya. I had nothing to do with that.”

About Poonam-Raj Controvery

Poonam Pandey and Raj Kundra became embroiled in a legal dispute over allegations of unauthorized use of Pandey’s videos and related misconduct. Pandey claimed that Kundra and his company, Armsprime Media, continued to use her content even after their contract ended. She also accused them of leaking her personal mobile number along with a message prompting contacts for explicit services, which led to harassment and threats. Additionally, Pandey alleged she was coerced into signing a contract under threats to produce certain types of content. Kundra’s lawyers denied involvement, asserting that all actors involved had given their consent.

The case led to police investigations, with Kundra arrested in July 2021 on charges related to the creation and distribution of pornographic material via mobile apps. A chargesheet was filed by Maharashtra Cyber Police accusing him of producing and distributing such content. The Supreme Court granted anticipatory bail to Kundra, Pandey, and Sherlyn Chopra, urging them to cooperate with ongoing investigations. Pandey publicly called her association with Kundra her biggest mistake, labeling him a “fraud” and encouraging others to come forward. Kundra, meanwhile, maintains his innocence and remains out on bail.
