Sheen Dass on new show

Sheen Dass is all set to enthrall audience with a different look in her upcoming show Aami Dakini. The actress exclusive speaks to Bollywood Bubble where she opens up about fantasy dramas, long working hours in television and how life has been post marriage with Akshay Mhatre.

Sheen Dass On Her Career

Talking about her character in Aami Dakini, the actress shares, “I am playing a ghost with supernatural powers who is also a lover a powerful magician and also a dancer. This is something I have not done before so I am excited for it.”

Reflecting on her career choices, she asserts, “Whatever work I have done to date I am only grateful that I got that opportunity. Even if I had a few experiences up here and there doesn’t matter because from every show I have learnt something. I have grown not just as a human but also an actor.”

Sheen on long working hours and wedding

The actress also shares her thoughts on work life balance and exclaims, “Definitely work life should be there. We work for 12 hours or more than that. But the question is if you have signed up for something which is going to go on air everyday and you have to serve the audience. Its like making a film in a week. So you need to be prepared to work for long hours. While you can rant a little bit but eventually you are aware that the product needs to be delivered.”

She concludes on a happy note expressing love for hubby Akshay Mhatte and and calling him her biggest support. She says, “For me I have married my friend and I know he has always been supportive. I am very happy in personal life as Akshay understands the field and he also loves his craft. I know how much he loves whatever he does. We are focused on work right now and I am grateful to have him.”
