Siddhant Chaturvedi is an actor who primarily works in Bollywood. He gained fame from Ranveer Singh’s Gully Boy (2019), which was followed by Gehraiyaan (2022) and Kho Gaye Hum Kahan (2023). While promoting his upcoming film, Dhadak 2, the actor got candid about his role and how it’s shaping him. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Siddhant Chaturvedi revealed that luck plays a huge part in getting roles in Bollywood.
Siddhant Chaturvedi Feels Privileged To Be In Dhadak 2
When asked if playing Neelesh in Dhadak 2 made him realise the privilege he has in life, Siddhant Chaturvedi said, “Absolutely. Playing this part and getting the opportunity to do so, I feel like, you know, being an actor is also, in a way, a privilege. You know, not many of us get a chance, and when we do, it feels like such a humbling experience. You feel grateful, you feel privileged, and to be supported by your parents—yeah. And then to receive films, scripts like these, it just feels like yes. There is some power up there, and maybe I’m a bit lucky.”
He added, “Because I think talent and hard work are prerequisites if you want to enter any kind of industry. But beyond that, I think luck also plays a huge part. So I feel blessed, I feel lucky that I was chosen by the producers. And the director to play this part. The film has turned out well, so I’m hoping this privilege continues, and I get more such roles. Roles that allow me to push myself more and more as an actor. And, eventually, grow as a human being as well.”
