Actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul are all set to tie the knot on January 23. The adorable couple will reportedly tie the knot in Khandala at Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse ‘Jahaan’. As the lovebirds are gearing up for their wedding here is a look at their super romantic love story.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul met through a mutual friend in February 2019. The duo soon hit it off and continued seeing each other and soon fell in love.  They, however, decided to keep their relationship under wraps. It was designer Vikram Phadnis who let the cat out of the bag about Athiya Rahul love story, as he teased her on social media.

Romantic Vacay

The couple posted their first photo together post welcoming the New Year in Thailand and later shared pics of their vacation on Instagram.

Making it Insta official 

In 2021, the star batter shared a loved-up photo with Athiya on her birthday finally making their relationship Insta Official. The ‘Hero’ actress had later started accompanying Rahul on the Indian team’s overseas tours further confirming their relationship.

The star cricketer attended the screening of Tadap which marked Ahan Shetty’s Bollywood debut. Rahul and Athiya entered the event holding each other’s hands and even posed for photos. This suggested that Rahul had bonded with the Shetty family.
