As Deepika beats Priyanka, SRK tops Forbes’ list of Bollywood’s 10 highest paid actors

No 1: Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood stars are beating each other at their own game, when it comes to huge successes and the huge moolah that comes along with it. Here we are listing some of the Richie Riches of B-Town, as per Forbes. SRK has once again proved that he is the Baadshah of Bollywood. He holds the first position in the this list with total earning of $38 million (Rs 243 crore) from period June 1, 2016 to June 1, 2017. Though he only had one big film named 'Raees' that released in this year, several brand endorsements helped him bag this position.

No 2: Salman Khan

Salman Khan's 'Sultan' proved to be one of the highest grosser films of the year 2016 and that helped him make it to position 2 on this list. His foundation 'Being Human' too is a profitable venture and Salman has quite a few endorsements in his kitty. His total earnings according to Forbes was $37 million (Rs 236 crore). A little less than that of Shah Rukh Khan.

No 3: Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar who is known for churning out maximum number of films in a year had made it to the third position in this list. In the list of world's top paid actors, Akhsay has Mark Ruffalo and Ryan Reynolds with his total earnings of Rs $35.5 million (Rs 224 crore). He had films like 'Housefull 3', 'Rustom' and 'Jolly LLB 2'.

No 4: Aamir Khan

We are mighty surprised to see Aamir Khan on the fourth position as his film 'Dangal' broke all the records last year. His total earning is $12.5 million (Rs 80 crore) as per Forbes. It maybe because Aamir is not involved in many endorsements.

No 5: Hrithik Roshan

Though Hrithik Roshan's 'Mohenjo-Daro' proved to be a dud at the box office, his 'Kaabil' that released early this year was a superhit. He is right behind Aamir with total earnings of $11.5 million (Rs 73.6 crore). Hrithik does quite a few endorsements that help him earn well.

No 6: Deepika Padukone

The first actresse to make it to this list is Deepika Padukone. The leggy lass made her Hollywood debut this year with 'xXx: Return of Xander Cage'. She did not have any Bollywood release between June 1, 2016 to June 1, 2017, but she had a lot of endorsements in her kitty. He earnings mark $11 million (Rs 70 crore) for the year.

No 7: Ranveer Singh

Right behind her, is her alleged boyfriend Ranveer Singh. We last saw him in 'Befikre' with Vaani Kapoor, but unfortunately this film tanked at the box office. With this his total earnings according to the magazine was $10 million (Rs 64 crore).

A tie between Ranveer and Priyanka

Despite having international series 'Quantico' in her kitty and Hollywood debut film 'Baywatch', PeeCee has only been able to bag the eighth position with her total earnings. She is behind Deepika but running neck-to-neck with Ranveer with $10 million (Rs 64 crore) earning.

No 9: Amitabh Bachchan

On ninth position we have Amitabh Bachchan whose total earning for the year has been $9 million (Rs 57 crore). His film 'PINK' minted good money at the box office along with the brand endorsemnets that he does!

No 10: Ranbir Kapoor

For some reason, Ranbir's Kapoor's films aren't working much at the box office, but his last film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' that was a multi-starrer faired well. Thanks to this film and quite a few brand endorsements he managed to earn $8.5 (Rs 54 crore) this year, helping him bag the tenth position. Well, well.
