‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestant Arti Singh’s major transformation is truly inspiring

Arti Singh was one of the most talked-about contestants of ‘Bigg Boss 13′. She was a free-spirited bubbly girl who was all about happiness in the house. Arti’s confession about her journey in life had been very emotional and it made her fans love her even more.

But, other than an emotional transformation, Arti has had a very inspiring weight loss journey as well. She revealed to her fans how she shed kilos and that now her ‘abie’s are showing ‘little little’. She also revealed that she had put on kilos in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house but she got them off with determination.

Arti took to her Instagram account to share a picture collage of her before and after pictures where in the before one she had a ponch that was fading in the after picture. She wrote in the caption, “Hey Abbie..(abs ) Finally now I can see you little little… you are surely on the way and coming very very soon! Till then for everyone here’s the first photo which was taken on the 15th of march and the other one was today..! I just want to say that I know it’s not the best but slowly and steadily I will get there soon. I have shed 5 kgs from the 15th of march till now. Aur aisa nahi hai ki koi pathhar tode! I am into 50 minutes of yoga and 40 minutes of brisk walking every alternate day. And definitely the biggest fight between all the exercises has been the late night cravings. Every night I feel like hogging maybe because of the boredom and also the stressful situation right now. And as you all might know, I am an emotional eater and that’s why I had put on 8 kgs inside the big boss house.(sic)”

Arti has been working out during her quarantine days as well. As you can see in the video below that the actress has been giving her all as she works out. The caption read, “Stay Fit And Stay Quarantined🏋🏻‍♀️(sic)”

Arti had also revealed in a post that it will take her some time to get to her goal, “I’m still getting there slowly. Thoda jyada time lagega… maybe one month more then all the people who are disciplined, but well that’s me and that’s fine. This is the time where you can actually try to improve yourself physically and mentally as well as also emotionally! Because zindagi ki daud se thoda aaram milega kuch logon ko isse!(sic)”

Arti’s efforts are definitely showing and her fans are loving her new avatar. After ‘Bigg Boss 13’ her army of fans has only grown and they love her for her inspiring journey.

Arti also spoke to us exclusively about dealing with depression during the lockdown and how exercising has helped her with it. She advised people to exercise and pray every day to stay away from depression.
