Krishna Janmashtami or Gokulashtami is an important Hindu festival that is observed to celebrate the birthday of Lord Krishna. Vishnu took the avatar of Krishna in his eighth avatar. As per Hindu calendar, the festival is celebrated on the eighth day (ashtami) of the Krishna Paksha. The celebrations have started and people are busy decorating the temples to celebrate the birthday of Lord Krishna.

This year, Krishna Janmashtami falls on August 24 followed by Dahi Handi. The celebration is incomplete without food and music. Bollywood celebrates every festival – be it Holi, Diwali, Eid or Christmas.

In most of the places, specially in Maharashtra, you will hear people playing this song during Dahi Handi. The song is from the Sanjay Dutt starrer ‘Vaastav’. It shows everyone celebrating the festival with full zest.

This song is for all the Salman Khan fans out there. This song, from ‘Hello Brother’, adds to the vibe of Dahi Handi celebrations. The Salman Khan and Rani Mukherjee starrer song is fun and peppy.

7. Radha Nachegi (Tevar)

This song is perfect if you are planning to enjoy a dance number with your friends this Janmashtami. Sonakshi looked stunning and she totally nailed the dance steps.
