TV and Bollywood actress Hina Khan has amazing hair and skin. And many of us would love to know what exactly does for her lustrous tresses and glowing skin. The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress makes sure to take care of them, especially more since she became an actress as they are exposed to light to and styling tools and products. Hina Khan keeps sharing her skincare and haircare routine on her YouTube channel.

She has earlier mentioned how one should focus on a good diet as she said what you eat clearly shows on your skin and hair. She had mentioned how should eat food items that are rich in fatty acids and proteins among others. She recommended foodstuff such as pulses, green veggies, dahi, coconut water, water in general, dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, beans, berries, seeds among others. 1. Aloe Vera cubes for glowing skin
The actor does not simply use ice cubes. In her YT video, she posted the process. She explained how aloe is really good for skin and fights pimples and acne among others. She cut the aloe gel part and placed them in the refrigerator.

2. Neem face mask
She uses this face pack and revealed how the same helps to fight pigmentation, dark spots and blemishes among others. She uses turmeric, neem leaves powdered, curd, honey and lime juice and mixes them to make a paste.

3. Oiling for hair
Hina makes sure to get a deep oil massage every now and then. She uses olive oil on her hair which is rich in vitamin E. It prevents hair fall, dandruff, dryness among others. Did you know hair massage is great for blood circulation in the scalp? Yes, it promotes hair growth and makes your hair super healthy. In an interview, she said, “Just warm it (oil) a little, massage it well and rinse it. In an hour or two and they’re all set.

4. Lemon water for hair
Aside from her hair care routine which comprises regular hair oiling and applying onion juice. She also uses lemon water on her hair. She once revealed how there are several advantages of using lemon for the manes. For the unversed, lemon also aids you to keep dandruff at bay and controls excess oil secretion.

For the same, squeeze one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and add it to a bowl. Add two tablespoons of aloe vera gel to it and make a paste out of it. Apply the mixture to the scalp. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes and then wash off with mild shampoo and conditioner.

5. Night skin routine
She revealed how she uses a makeup remover balm and good face wash for removing your make-up. Once it is done, she said how one should rinse thoroughly and apply a toner. She also makes sure to apply toner and moisturizer. Lastly, she applies a lip balm.
