Inside Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ swanky and elegant New York restaurant Sona

Global icon Priyanka Chopra never ceases to amaze us. The actress dons several hats and now she has ventured into the food and hospitality sector. Priyanka has partnered with restauranteur Maneesh K Goyal as she opened a brand new swanky restaurant, Sona, in NYC. The restaurant will be open to the foodies very soon. And ahead of its grand opening, Maneesh shared some lovely pictures of the special puja that was organised at the restaurant on Tuesday.

Sharing a few glimpses from the Puja ceremony, Maneesh wrote, “This morning at SONA, we conducted a small puja or blessing ceremony. We’ll be seeing our first guests very soon and it was important to both @priyankachopra and myself that we hold a puja before our doors are officially open.”

In the series of pics posted by Maneesh, we can even see Priyanka and Nick Jonas’ performing puja at their restaurant.

Previously, sharing the news of opening a restaurant in New York, Priyanka had shared, “I’m thrilled to present to you SONA, a new restaurant in NYC that I poured my love for Indian food into. SONA is the very embodiment of timeless India and the flavours I grew up with. The kitchen is helmed by the incredible Chef @harinayak, a masterful talent, who has created the most delicious and innovative menu, taking you on a food journey through my amazing country.
