Ariana Grande is all set to portray pop icon Britney Spears in the upcoming biopic The Woman in Me, directed by Jon M. Chu. The film boasts a star-studded cast, bringing some of the most well-known figures from Britney’s life to the big screen.

Troye Sivan has been cast as Justin Timberlake, Britney’s former boyfriend, while comedian Pete Davidson will play Kevin Federline, her ex-husband. Jacob Elordi, known for his roles in Euphoria and Priscilla, will take on the role of actor Colin Farrell, who was briefly linked to Britney in the early 2000s.
According to reports of Diet Prada, the film will also explore Britney’s complicated family relationships. Colin Farrell, in a surprising casting choice, will play her father, Jamie Spears, who was at the center of the controversial conservatorship. Parker Posey will portray Britney’s mother, Lynne Spears, while internet sensation JoJo Siwa has been cast as Britney’s younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears.
