He also wants the court to confirm that some of his belongings—like his motorcycle, sports car, and power tools—are his personal property. So far, Richards has not made any public comment.

The divorce news comes just a few months after the launch of their reality show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, on Bravo. The show gave fans a look into their life at home. It also features Richards’ daughters, Sami (21) and Lola (20), from her previous marriage to actor Charlie Sheen, and her adopted daughter, Eloise, who is 14.
