Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan clash averted in Christmas 2018

Many moviegoers would know the fact that the year 2017 is all set to start with a big clash between Shah Rukh Khan‘s ‘Raees’ and Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’. Though this clash is inevitable, recently there was a report that these two Bollywood superstars may clash again for the second time with their respective projects during the festive time of Christmas in 2018. However, today morning there’s was a big sigh of relief for everyone as filmmaker Rakesh Roshan confirmed that the clash has been averted.

While giving an interview to a leading daily, Rakesh Roshan confirmed this saying, “It is unethical for me to release my film on this date as Shah Rukh has already announced his movie.”

However, the release of ‘Kaabil’ won’t be moved, as the filmmaker states, “I had announced the date for ‘Kaabil’ earlier. If they are coming on the same date, then I can’t do anything about it. I don’t know what they will eventually decide. We’re here to make films, not create controversies. As far as Shah Rukh is concerned, he’s like a younger brother to me. I gave him a break in ‘King Uncle’, and then worked with him in ‘Karan Arjun’ and ‘Koyla’.”

Talking about these upcoming projects, Shah Rukh Khan’s next would see him playing a dwarf with director Aanand L Rai helming it, whereas Hrithik Roshan’s next is the fourth instalment from his popular ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’ series tentatively titled ‘Krrish 4’.

Definitely, this news of clash avert would bring a big smile on the faces of everyone, Isn’t it?
