‘Hindi Medium’ trailer: Irrfan Khan’s Hindi life with a twist of English wife is a delight

For a long time, we have been debating about the importance of English language in India. Hindi is our national language, but English holds more importance in our country. People judge you over your speech and class is defined by how fluently you can talk in English. Well, Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar’s upcoming film ‘Hindi Medium’ is all about this constant fight between Hindi and English.

Based on true story, ‘Hindi Medium’ is about a couple wanting to acquire a seat for their child in one of the best English medium schools. Of course, in today’s times, it is not a cakewalk. They have to go through a lot to do so. The makers unveiled the trailer of this film and we can so relate to it.

As usual, Irrfan has put his best foot forward for this one and so has Saba Qamar. Directed by Saket Chaudhary and produced under T-Series banner, ‘Hindi Medium’ is slated to release on May 12. (Also Read: High Court grants relief to Kapil Sharma and Irrfan Khan in illegal construction case)
