Anil Kapoor to turn RJ with ‘Jhakaas Mornings’

Actor Anil Kapoor, who has had a successful 35 years’ run in the Bollywood industry, is all set to foray into Radio Jockeying. He has donned several hats, right from acting, producing to even singing for his films. Currently busy with the second season of his show ‘24’, he has found time to dabble into RJ-ing, which is a new territory.

The star whose morning show is titled as ‘Jhakaas Mornings’, is literally enjoying every bit of this new stint. He wanted to tap into this genre as he believes that the reach of this medium is huge.

He also added that our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, uses it to communicate with citizens. He says the show even gives him a chance to interact with his innumerable fans. Kapoor’s show plays songs from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s that he feels have a connect with the audience even today.
