Is Deepika Padukone delaying ‘Tamasha’ for ‘Bajirao Mastani’?

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has two more releases this year- Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani and Imtiaz Ali’s Tamasha. The Diva is apparently giving more importance to Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani rather than Imtiaz Ali’s Tamasha . She has put Tamasha on hold and is busy completing Bajrao Mastani.

Imtiaz Ali’s Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone starrer Tamasha has just five days of shoot left, to be deemed wrapped. Deepika Padukone’s preferential treatment to Ranveer Singh’s Bajirao Mastani is acusing a delay to Ranbir Kapoor starrer Tamasha.

Sources said, “Deepika and Priyanka have some important sequences to shoot together after which the latter leaves for Bhopal. There has anyway been a lot of back and forth in the films’ schedule due to Ranveer’s injury and Deepika’s ‘Piku’ promotions.”

Sources further added that, “Yes Deepika has five days of work left for Tamasha and she will be shooting for it very soon.”

Is that the only reason, or is Deepika Padukone giving more importance to Ranveer Singh Starrer rather than Ranbir Kapoor one? Both Tamasha and Bajirao Mastani are year-end releases.
