Did you know? Arjun Rampal has co-written his upcoming release ‘Daddy’

‘Daddy’ starring Arjun Rampal in the titular role is one of the most touted releases in 2017. The film revolves around Arun Gawli, a gangster-turned-politician who enjoys the glory being the poor people’s Robin Hood.

While many of you know that Arjun has donned a producer’s hat for this one, most of us are unaware about another role he has performed!

Along with director Ashim Ahluwalia, the actor has co-written the script. This took Arjun quite a lot of research, but he thoroughly enjoyed it. (Also Read: ‘I am not competing with Hrithik Roshan’, says Arjun Rampal on playing blind in ‘Aankhen 2’)

Recently during an interaction with the press, Arjun was asked whether the film’s release will be delayed or preponed due to Bombay Municipal Election. “Who told you this? The Congress guys?” he laughed.

“It’s nothing like that. The film is still being edited. When you make a film, you want to make it perfect. The post-production work is going on. Regarding release, we have to figure the date yet. May be it will be in April or May,” Arjun said.
