Sonam Kapoor chooses ‘Friends’ over ‘Family’ for Birthday Celebrations

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is celebrating her 30th birthday on June 9th. The fashionista will not be celebrating her birthday with her family this year. As the diva is at present on a 10 day vacation with her friends. Sonam Kapoor who had a good year with her movies, is at present gearing up for the release of two movie this year. One is Salman Khan starrer ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ and the other a biopic called ‘Neerja’.

Sonam Kapoor said, “A lot of my school friends are here in London, and some of my other friends are also vacationing in Europe. So, this place is a good converging point for all of us. I will also be visiting Florence, Italy, and Amsterdam, Netherlands. We plan to visit London, Munich and Amsterdam. Every year, I take this time off to travel and unwind.”

Sonam Kapoor who has her sister Rhea Kapoor with her further added, “Since dad’s (Anil Kapoor) film (Dil Dhadakne Do) has just released, he is busy in Mumbai, and mom (Sunita Kapoor) is with him. As for Harsh (Harshvardhan Kapoor; brother), he is finishing the last schedule of his film with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra (film-maker).”
