Shabir Ahluwalia

Shabir Ahluwalia became a household name with his character of Abhimanyu in Kumkum Bhagya. However, the actor is now quitting the show after being a part of it for almost 8 long years. He is all set to play a new role in the show produced by Yash Patnaik.

Hina Khan

Hina Khan rose to fame playing Akshara in the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. However, the actress made an exit from the show due to a generation gap. The actress went on to take up new projects and was also seen in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.

Shivangi Joshi

Shivangi Joshi, who played the role of Naira on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for almost 5 years quit the popular show. She decided to quit because of the generation gap. Joshi bagged Balika Vadhu 2 after her exit from YRKKH.

Mohsin Khan

Mohsin Khan, who played the role of Kartik Goenka in the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai quit the show due to a generation gap. According to a report in the Times of India, source revealed that the actor did not want to play an older character.

Shilpa Shinde

Shilpa Shinde, a Bigg Boss winner had a controversial exit from the show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain. She left the owing to differences between the makers and her. The actress was replaced by Shubhangi Atre. Shinde was last seen in the web series Paurashpur.

Saumya Tandon

Saumya Tandon played the role of Gori mem on the show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, before Nehha Pendse. She quit the show in 2020. Tandon had said, "I realised that being employed and earning a regular income was not exciting enough any more. I want to do projects where there is scope for growth as an artiste."

Nehha Pendse

Nehha Pendse had replaced actress Saumya Tandon in Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain. However, the actress has decided to quit the show. As per a report in Bombay Times, sources revealed that the reason behind this decision is the long commute that has taken a toll on Nehha's health.

Gashmeer Mahajani

Gashmeer Mahajani, who rose to fame with the show Imlie, playing Aditya Tripathi made an exit from the show recently. As per a report in the Times of India, a source close to the actor revealed that the actor was not able to take up other projects due to his TV show and hence took the decision to quit.

Jigyasa Singh

Jigyasa Singh had quit the show Thapki Pyaar Ki 2 due to health issues. Speaking with Bombay Times, the actress revealed it was extremely difficult for her to leave the show and that she was disturbed on the last day of shoot. She revealed she wants to take some rest and focus on her health.

Akshay Kharodia

Akshay Kharodia, Dev Pandya in the show Pandya Store has taken the decision to quit. He is expecting his first child with wife, Divya Punetha and wants to spend time with her. According to a report in Bombay Times, a source revealed that Akshay's wife is gynecologist, posted in Uttarakhand. As she can't quit her job, Kharodia has decided to be with her.
