According to information received by Dainik Bhaskar, the Goregaon West Police have arrested Balraj for making remarks against a particular religion. Actress Zoya Khan, who had earlier claimed to be in a relationship with him, recently shared an audio clip of an argument between the two, where Balraj allegedly made objectionable comments. Zoya also stated in an Instagram video that she has now initiated legal action against him.

In a separate conversation with Tele Talk, Zoya further alleged that Balraj subjected her to physical and mental harassment, issued death threats, and blackmailed her with personal photos. She claimed that Balraj had promised marriage and religious conversion, but did so purely for his own gain.
