Shweta Tiwari flew to Cape Town a few weeks ago along with other celebs for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. However, shortly after her leaving India, her estranged husband Abhinav Kohli claimed that Shweta has abandoned her son Reyansh. But, when we contacted Shweta, she clarified that she had informed Abhinav about Reyansh being with her family while she shoots for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. Despite the clarification, Abhinav’s drama did not end, which led to Shweta exposing him publically.

Now in a new stint, Abhinav Kohli has appealed to the Mumbai High Court to find his child. Taking to Instagram Abhinav shared, “Hon’ble High Court has instructed my lawyer to write a written complaint in a week. And within a week after that, Shweta’s lawyer has to file a reply. The court hearing may start on May 24th, where we both have to be present.”

After Abhinav’s post, rumours of Shweta Tiwari leaving Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 midway have been doing rounds. A few media reports stated that the actress may have to exit KKK 11 and return to India to attend the court proceedings. However, we, at Bollywood Bubble have learnt that the reports are ‘untrue.’ Yes, the speculations are false, and Shweta Tiwari is not leaving the shoots of Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 for any reason.

A source close to the actress told us, “Shweta has no plans of returning to India before completing her Khatron Ke Khiladi journey. She is in constant touch with her family and son. So far, there is no change in itinerary or plans.”

For the unversed, revealing Abhinav’s truth, Shweta had shared a CCTV video (now deleted), where Abhinav is seen purportedly assaulting her and her son, Reyansh. The clip caught a lot of traction not only from fans but also from the National Commission of Women (NCW). Reacting to the video, the NCW urged the Mumbai Police to take appropriate action against Abhinav.
