Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’s Ashlesha Savant Ties The Knot With Sandeep Baswana After 23 Years Of Relationship

Television couple Ashlesha Savant and Sandeep Baswana have finally taken the big step after being together for more than two decades. The two tied the knot on November 16, 2025, at the Chandrodaya Temple in Vrindavan. Their wedding was a private and peaceful ceremony with only close family members present, making it a heartfelt moment for everyone involved.

Ashlesha Savant Gets Married To Sandeep Baswana 

In a conversation with ETimes, Sandeep shared the reason behind their decision to marry after 23 years. He said, “Ashlesha and I visited Vrindavan in April and felt a deep connect with the Radha Krishna temples there. That trip inspired us to get married after being together for 23 years. Our parents are the happiest — they’ve been waiting for this for a long time. We wanted to keep it simple, and what better than getting married in a Lord Krishna temple.”

Ashlesha also expressed her happiness and gratitude. Calling Sandeep the love of her life, she said, “Vrindavan was the ideal place — we felt a deep connection when we visited. It was an organic, sudden decision, and we chose to keep it private with just our families.”

Sandeep also joked that they were tired of answering the question: “Why aren’t you married yet?” He added, “In my mind, Ashlesha and I were always married.” When asked how it feels to be officially married, he said, “I don’t feel anything different… We’re happy and overwhelmed by the love and blessings.”

On the work front, Ashlesha is currently seen in Jhanak and has earlier worked in popular shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Anupamaa. Sandeep was last seen in Apollena.
