Mannara Chopra’s Father Raman Rai Handa Passes Away At 72; Last Rites To Be Held On June 18 In Mumbai

In a deeply sad moment, actress Mannara Chopra has lost her father, Raman Rai Handa. His passing has left the entire Chopra family heartbroken and in deep sorrow. Mannara shared the news through a heartfelt obituary. 

Mannara Chopra Father Dies At 72 

Mannara took to Instagram story and shared the saddest news, she wrote, “Adv. Raman Rai Handa
25/09/1953 – 16/06/2025. With profound grief and sorrow, we inform the sad demise of our loving father, who left us for his heavenly abode on 16/June/2025. He was the pillar of strength for our family.”

His last rites will be held on June 18, 2025, at 1 pm in Andheri West, Mumbai.

About Raman Rai Handa 

Raman Rai Handa, 72, was a respected lawyer who practiced at the Delhi High Court. He was married to Kamini Chopra, the paternal aunt of Bollywood actresses Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra. He is survived by his wife Kamini and their two daughters, Mannara and Mitali.

Though the exact reason for his passing has not been revealed, his sudden demise has come as a huge shock to everyone close to the family. Friends, family, and fans are sending love and prayers to the grieving family, hoping they find the strength to cope with this difficult loss.
