After Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal, now Raj Anadkat aka Tapu has reacted to the reports of both being ‘not being on good terms’. Recently, a media report stated that Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor Dilip Joshi was unhappy with Raj Anadkat as the latter kept him waiting. Both play father-son duo in the sitcom.

Now, reacting to it, Raj told Indian Express that he doesn’t focus on ‘baseless rumours and cooked up stories’. “I would rather focus and give my best to my work so that my viewers get the best experience through my work. People will always talk baseless things but I will continue to smile and rise above everything,” said Raj.

Recently, Dilip also reacted to the rumours as he told SpotboyE, “Absolutely rubbish. Who cooks up all these false stories?”

It was reported by Koimoi.com that Dilip and Raj had a tiff. The media report stated, “Dilip Joshi is the senior-most actor on sets. Despite working on Taarak Mehta for so many years, he makes sure to be on time. There’s never a delay or effect on the shoot because of him. But Raj recently kept him waiting for an hour or so. What irked him is the fact that it was repeatedly happening”.

Well, with this all the speculations of their tiff are now put to rest.

These days, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been in the news after Munmun Dutta aka Babita ji was booked for reportedly using a casteist slur in one of her videos.
