After a week’s hiatus, Shivangi Joshi returns to Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) as Sirat. Sirat is an ambitious young girl who shares a great amount of interest in boxing. The actress displayed immense strength and grit as Sirat in her introduction shot. While fans definitely miss seeing her Naira, Shivangi is dabbling with a different dialect and personality in her new role. Her performance and new avatar seems to have been received well by the audience.

Meanwhile, as the show completed 12 years, Shivangi said that each day for her has been a learning lesson. “Each day is a lesson to learn, remember and overcome. Then be it a working day or an off day. Last year kept me away from work for a few months but reunited me with my entire family. I worked on myself, was engrossed in household work and spent time with myself. These are the best feelings which one should experience,” she was quoted telling.
