Karan Johar’s 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham' to get a TV remake?

Karan Johar’s hit family drama ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ is all set to get a TV remake. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Ekta Kapoor will remake the film on TV.

Earlier reports had confirmed that Ekta Kapoor is developing a family show which will air on Sony soon. Going by the latest buzz, Rajat Tokas (‘Jodha Akbar’ fame) will be essaying the role of Rahul which was played by Shah Rukh Khan in the film. Apart from him, Varun Sood is reportedly in talks to play Rohan which was played by Hrithik Roshan.

“Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi actress Erica Fernandes is in talks to play either Kajol’s talkative Anjali or her younger sister, Pooja popularised by Kareena as ‘Poo’).
