Anil Kapoor to play a negative character in Mohit Suri’s next?

After delivering two hits including ‘Ek Villain’ and ‘Aashiqui 2’, Mohit Suri is all set to direct a romantic thriller, which will star Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani in the lead. Apart from these two actors, Anil Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu have also been roped in for the film. The yet-untitled film is being produced by Luv Ranjan and Jay Shewakramani.

As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, the film will go on floors in March and will be shot in Goa, Mauritius and Mumbai. The daily quoted a source saying, “The film is essentially an action thriller with a romantic track between Aditya and Disha playing out in the backdrop. Anil’s character has shades of grey.”

Well, it would be great watching an actor like Anil play a negative character, something which we have never seen him do before.

On the other hand, this is the second time when Kunal Kemmu has teamed up with Mohit Suri. The two have previously worked in ‘Kalyug’ which released way back in 2005.

Talking about Suri, the director is currently busy enjoying fatherhood. He became a father for the second time in November last year. The ‘Zeher’ director and his wife Udita Goswami were blessed with a baby boy on November 21. The couple, who got married in 2013, also have a daughter named Devi.

Anil is currently busy promoting his upcoming comedy flick ‘Total Dhamaal’. The film is a third instalment in the hit comedy franchise ‘Dhamaal’. The star-studded film ‘Total Dhamaal’ also features Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Madhuri Dixit and Esha Gupta in pivotal roles.
