Aamir Khan CONFIRMS Andaz Apna Apna 2 is happening, says, “Rajkumar Santoshi is working on the script”

The superstar celebrated his birthday on 14^th March. Considering the special day, Aamir Khan decided to go live where he dropped a major hint about Andaz Apna Apna 2.

Aamir Khan confirms Andaz Apna Apna 2 with Rajkumar Santoshi

During the Live interaction session, Aamir Khan interacted with the fans and the audience and made a big reveal. The actor dropped the hint that the iconic comedy entertainer ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ is coming with the sequel ‘Andaz Apna Apna 2’. Sharing the hint, Aamir Khan said, “Filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi is working on the script of ‘Andaz Apna Apna 2’.” However, he also added that it is in the beginning stages and also too early to get excited about.

For a very long time, the sequel of Andaz Apna Apna was in discussion and with Aamir hinted about it we can expect our favourite character Amar and Prem essayed by Aamir Khan and Salman Khan coming back on the big screens very soon.

Back in 1994, Andaz Apna Apna took the audience by storm. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Vinay Kumar Sinha, the movie featured an ensemble cast including Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon, Karishma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal (in a dual role), and Shakti Kapoor.

The actor recently co-produced film Laapataa Ladies which was helmed by his ex-wife Kiran Rao. He is also backing Lahore 1947 starring Sunny Deol. He is working on his next release ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’. He has confirmed also that the film Sitaare Zameen Par will be released on Christmas this year. This would mark his first Christmas release eight years after Dangal.
