Abhishek Bachchan is all set for his Dasvi ki tyaari, but there’s a twist

Abhishek Bachchan starrer Dasvi teaser just dropped and the fans are intrigued. Abhishek is back and how, he is seen in a character which is very unexpected and unusual. Abhishek will be seen playing Ganga Ram Chaudhary, who is in jail but that does not stop him from giving his 10th board exams.

Sharing the teaser of Dasvi on his Instagram account, Abhishek wrote in the caption, “From one student to another, Dasvi ke exams ke liye dher saari best wishes! #Dasvi streaming from 7th April on @officialjiocinema & @netflix_in.(sic)”

In the teaser, Ganga Ram is heard telling his jailmates to not make too much noise as he is begging his prep for 10th board exams. Abhishek was seen rocking a full bearded look donning a white kurta and pyjama. Towards the end, he is heard saying ‘Jail Se Dasvi Karna is my right to education.’

Aaprt from Abhishek, Dasvi also stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur. Yami will be seen as an IPS officer and Nimrat will be seen playing the character of a politician. Dasvi is produced by Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan. The Abhishek starrer is directed by Tushar Jalota. The movie will take on the OTT route and will release on Jio Cinema and Netflix from April 7, 2022.
