Notably, ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ is based on the 2014 book written by Sanjaya Baru which lead to many controversies. Like the book, the movie also has faced the heat from Congress supporters.
A lawyer named Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed a petition against the associated members of the film in Muzaffarpur’s chief judicial magistrate court for mangling with the image of some top politicians.
