Adipurush trends on Twitter: Prabhas, Kriti Sanon starrer’s release count down starts on social media

Cinephiles are very excited about Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush. And the latest trend on Twitter is proof of the same. For the unversed, this Om Raut helmed movie will release next year exactly on this day i.e. on August 11, 2022. And as soon as fans realized, they took to Twitter to trend the #Adipurush and started the countdown.

For the uninitiated, Prabhas will play the role of Lord Rama in Adipurush. One of the fans wrote,” As the official announcement of the team, #Adipurush is set to be released exactly today in next year! There is exactly one year to go. Hope everything goes well and we could experience the epic project on 11.08.2022 as planned, (sic).”

We cannot blame the excitement as Prabhas’ other releases have been constantly pushed due to the ongoing pandemic. For instance, Radha Krishna Kumar’s Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam will now finally release on January 14, 2022, after changing the date several times. Apart from this film, the actor is currently busy with Prashanth Neel’s Salaar. He will be seen opposite Shruti Haasan. Prabhas will also be seen in Nag Ashwin’s Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone co-starrer.

Talking about Adipurush, it is being shot in both Telugu and Hindi on a massive scale and budget. While Kriti Sanon will be seen as Sita, Saif Ali Khan is playing the role of Lankesh. Aside from these actors, Sunny Singh will be seen as Lakshmana and Devdatta Nage as Hanuman. Adipurush is based on Ramayan and will also release in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages as well.
