Akshay Kumar’s blockbuster ‘PadMan’ clocked two years post its release. The actor applauded his team for their hard work and efforts towards making a film of such a taboo subject. While he did thank the team, he missed out on a very important person due to which looks like he will have to pay a big price.

Akshay took to his Twitter to thank his team for being part of ‘PadMan’. He wrote, “It’s been 2 years to #PadMan and I’m glad we managed to push the envelope a little on this taboo subject. This #MenstrualHygieneDay, I hope we move a step closer towards ending period poverty and breaking taboos surrounding menstruation. @sonamakapoor @radhika_apte”

But, looks like he forgot to add one important person who was a crucial part of the team and that is his wife, Twinkle Khanna. Twinkle shared his tweet and joked, “Err…. You are definitely not part of my next production! #PadMan.”

When a Twitter user pointed out that Akshay forgot to tag her in his post, she gave a hilarious reply, “Can you believe it! Ghar Ki Murgi to another level:)”

Akshay soon rectified his mistake and apologized to his wife as he tweeted, “Please mere pet pe laat mat maro ?? Missed tagging the team. Apologies to my producer, @mrsfunnybones , director #RBalki and the man without whom Padman wouldn’t be made @murugaofficial “

‘PadMan’ starred Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor. Directed by R Balki, it was co-produced by Akshay’s wife and author Twinkle Khanna.
