After ‘Victoria And Abdul’, Ali Fazal bags another Hollywood film
Actor Ali Fazal, who stole arts with his innocent looks in ‘Fukrey‘ went on to work in a number of hit flicks. He next bagged a cameo in popular Hollywood action film ‘Fast and Furious 7’ and earned accolades for his role in ‘Victoria And Abdul’ co-starring Judi Dench. Ali, who has been steadily climbing the stairs of popularity, has bagged a new project in Hollywood that is all set to roll in 2020.
In an interview to PTI, Ali Fazal said, “It’s a biopic, a war drama. But it’s going to take time. I’m very new in the market there, barely one film old so they have to attach big names to it in the other cast. That’s happening right now.”
He further added that “We were supposed to start the biopic by the end of this year but I think now it will be January 2020. I’ve to finish my commitments here first.”
Ali Fazal will next be seen in a Tigmanshu Dhulia‘s film ‘Milan Talkies’. The movie has actor Ali Fazal depicting the role of a man working in the projection room of a single screen theatre in Allahabad who dreams of becoming “Hindustan ka sabse bada director”. It showcases his life that revolves around films and how he falls in love.
‘Milan Talkies’ marks the Bollywood debut of Kannada star Shraddha Srinath. The film also features Ashutosh Rana, Sanjay Mishra, Reecha Sinha and Sikander Kher in pivotal roles. It is slated to release on March 15.
Besides ‘Milan Talkies’, Ali also has the second season of ‘Mirzapur’.
