Amitabh Bachchan gets emotional as Abhishek Bachchan surprises him on Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 sets- WATCH

Amitabh Bachchan is one of the most successful actors in the history of Indian cinema. Amitabh is celebrating his 80^th birthday today. On the special occasion, Big B’s fans and close friends from the industry are showering birthday love on him. From Vicky Kaushal, Neetu Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn among others penned heartwarming wishes for the megastar.

Abhishek Bachchan took to Instagram and shared a video from Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 sets. Abhishek Bachchan along with actor-mother Jaya Bachchan gave Amitabh Bachchan a surprise on his birthday. The video shows how Abhishek Bachchan and the KBC team prepped behind the scenes to surprise Amitabh Bachchan on his birthday. Big B got teary-eyed and Jaya Bachchan fed him a sweet dish.

Abhishek shared the video and wrote, “It took a lot of secrecy, a lot of planning, a lot of hard-work and a lot of rehearsals to get it right. But then again, he deserves no less! It was very emotional to be able to surprise dad and celebrate his 8oth birthday at the place he loves the most, his workplace. My gratitude to the entire team of Sony and Kaun Banega Crorepati for helping me do this and making tonight’s episode so special for my father. Do try and see it if possible. KBC on 11^th October at 9pm IST only on Sony TV.”

Reacting to the post, Sussanne Khan commented, “Happy birthday to Amit uncle loads of love to u all.” Genelia Deshmukh dropped a comment saying, “Dada you are looking smashinggggg.” Anupam Kher dropped heart emojis. Vicky Kaushal, Riteish Deshmukh, and Kunal Kapoor among others extended birthday wishes.
