Amitabh Bachchan needs no introduction. The veteran actor celebrated his 80^th birthday on Tuesday, and fans, friends and family members showered love on him. Big B’s daughter Shweta Bachchan took to Instagram and shared several pictures from his birthday bash. The father-daughter twinned in ethnic outfits. Big B also posed with son-actor Abhishek Bachchan.

Amitabh and Shweta’s twinning game was on point. The duo opted for multi-coloured ethnic outfits. Abhishek, on the other hand, donned a yellow floral kurta and cream pyjama. Shweta shared photos and captioned, “Twinning and winning – perfect end to an incredible day (white heart emojis).”

Neha Dhupia dropped red heart emojis on the post. Fans too flooded the comment section. A fan dropped a comment saying, “Congratulations! Beautiful picture of father and daughter.” Another one commented, “Beautiful and loving family… What an inspiration!” “Stunning,” wrote a fan.

On Big B’s birthday, Shweta shared a bunch of photos with him and penned a heartwarming note for him. It reads, “पीरा नु मैं सीने लावां, त मैं हसदी जावां, धुप्पां दे नाल लड़ लड़ के, मैं लाभियाँ अपनीयां छावां, दुःख वि अपने सुख वि अपने, मैं ते बस एह जाना, सब नु समझ के की करना ऐ, दिल नु एह समझावां, तू झूम झूम झूम झूम, तू झूम झूम झूम झूम – To my grand old man Happy 80th Birthday.”

On the work front, Big B has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actor, who was recently seen in Goodbye, has Project K with Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani. He also has The Intern remake. He is also a part of Uunchai with Boman Irani and Anupam Kher.
