‘I hate situationships,’ says Ananya Panday after rumoured boyfriend Aditya Roy Kapur’s comment on KWK 8

Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur are rumoured to be dating for quite some time now. A few weeks ago, Aditya said that he is in a ‘situationship’ during his appearance on Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan season 8. Now, Ananya in recent interview said that she hates situationships. The actress added that she is not on any dating app and doesn’t believe in faking relationship status.

Speaking with India Today, Ananya said, “I hate situationships. I don’t like that term only. Also, I’m not on a dating app and nor do I talk about my relationships on social media. I’m not someone, who will pretend to have a different relationship status just for the sake of social media.”

For the uninitiated, on KWK, Aditya was asked about his relationship rumours with Ananya. KJo had said, “Rumour has it that you are dating Ananya Panday?” To this, Aditya responded, “You see Karan, you said on your show – ask me no secrets and I’ll tell you no lies.” KJo added, “But she said that she is very Ananya Coy Kapur.” Aditya smiled and replied, “And I am Aditya Joy Kapur, as of now.”
