Veena Malik: The anti-India tweets were from fake account

Former actress and model Veena Malik, who had raised a ruckus onTwitter with her anti Indian comment has come up with a clarification through an Arab daily. They  said that actress Veena Malik, of ‘Bigg Boss’ fame, had tweeted anti-India remarks.  However, the handle used for that tweet was a fake account.

It was reported that the actress, who has changed her name to ‘Veena A Khan Khattak’, after her marriage to a Dubai-based businessman in December last year, retweeted her clarification, which first appeared in an Arab daily.
After her marriage, Veena Malik had changed her twitter handle form @iVeenaMalik to @iVeenaKhan.

MUMBAI: Pakistani actress Veena Malik is trending on social media yet again, after a controversial tweet purportedly from an unverified account believed to be hers.

Meanwhile, Veena Malik had blamed one of her ex-boyfriends too for hacking into her Twitter account.
