AR Rahman’s Son Ameen Meets With Car Accident In Chennai; Escapes With Minor Injuries

AR Ameen’s Car Collides With Another Vehicle; Escapes Accident With Minor Injuries

As per a Times of India report, the accident took in near the Kathipara flyover in Guindy, Chennai on Sunday evening. According to the report, AR Ameen was travelling from Koyambedu to the city withhis friend when he narrowly escaped the accident where his car collided with another vehicle. The police informed that the accident took place when an Wagon-R car reportedly entered the main road from the side road and had a collision with Ameen’s Porsche.

Fortunately for Ameen, his friend and the people in the Wagon-R, there were no major casualties. All involved sustained only minor injuries. As per the report, Ameen and his friend were rushed to Kauvery Hospital for treatment after the accident. At the time of going online, they were both discharged and sent back home. The person travelling in the Wagon-R, who was injured in the accident, was taken to the Kalaignar Centenary Super Speciality Hospital. The occupants of the vehicle were later discharged after receiving treatment.

The vehicles from both sides of the accident have been confiscated by the police from Adyar Traffic Investigation Wing as a part of the investigation process. A case has also been registered, and the authorities are looking into the exact circumstances that led to the crash.
