During the event at Kolkata’s Netaji Indoor Stadium, Anoushka warmly welcomed Arijit onto the stage as the audience erupted in cheers and applause. He confessed, “I am very nervous. Thank you for having me,” before joining Anoushka and Bickram Ghosh to sing Maya Bhora Raati.
The song, originally sung by Lakshmi Shankar and composed by the late Pandit Ravi Shankar, is a soulful Bengali piece. Arijit also shared that he had visited Anoushka at her home and they had composed a song together, adding a personal touch to the performance.

On January 27, Arijit Singh shared via X (formerly Twitter) that he will no longer accept new playback singing assignments, bringing an end to his remarkable journey in the industry. In his heartfelt message, he thanked his fans for the love and support received over the years.
