Aastha Gill Opens Up On Her Desire To Collaborate With Now-Retired Arijit Singh

When asked about her wish to collaborate with Arijit Singh, especially in light of his reported retirement, Aastha Gill shared, “So joh meri ganit kehti hai ki maine haar nahi maani. Jaise maine bataya, main strong insaan hoon. Main haar nahi maanti. Jo meri ganit kehti hai. Dekho har koi apna anumaan lagayega. Mujhe lagta hai that he wrote that I am gonna take a chhutti from my playback singing. I am finding a silver lining in this and just being positive about it.”

She further added, “Joh mujhe lagta hai ki ho sakta hai if Arijit Singh is watching — sir, agar aap yeh dekh rahe ho na, toh please neeche comment mein likh dena main galat hoon ya sahi hoon — but mujhe aisa lagta hai ki aapne playback singing mein break liya hai.
But mujhe lagta hai ki non-film mein abhi bahut kuch aana rehta hai. Yeh mera crack hai because I really would love to see that. I am looking forward to it. Like I don’t want to have no Arijit in my life.”
