Aryan Khan drug case is getting complicated with each passing day. Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 due to his alleged involvement in the drugs-on-cruise case. After his bail was rejected by the Special NDPS Court, he then moved to the Bombay High Court for the same. Today, his bail plea was heard at the court regarding Aryan Khan drug case where Aryan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi was seen putting forth some valid arguments. He revealed that nothing was recovered from Aryan Khan and has nothing to show that he consumed anything either.

Amidst this, Rohatgi made a massive claim where he mentioned that the drugs have been planted on Arbaaz Merchant (who is also involved in this drug case with Aryan) so that NCB could make a case. Moreover, he even claimed that Aryan happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and revealed that it is possible that it is a framed case against the star kid. Rohatgi further highlighted “there was no recovery, no consumption or no medical test done as far as Aryan Khan is concerned.”

Since there is no recovery or consumption, he is wrongly arrested, argues Mukul. The lawyer mentioned that if it is a conscious possession then he can be charged with is 1-year maximum, for the 6grams. Rohatgi argues on behalf of Aryan, “So I am not charged under 27A but they are charging me with conspiracy.”

Meanwhile, the Aryan Khan bail hearing has been postponed once again. The court has adjourned the hearing and it will continue tomorrow, October 27.
