Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul tied the knot today (January 23). The couple’s wedding took place at Suniel Shetty’s Khandala home. Athiya and KL Rahul’s wedding was attended by the couple’s family members and close friends including Arjun Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor among others.

Athiya and KL Rahul, who have been together for years, kept their wedding private. The couple tied the knot as per the Mangalorean rituals. The shubh muhurat for their wedding was set for 4.30 pm. Athiya and KL Rahul are now husband and wife. They are yet to share their wedding photos on social media.
Suniel Shetty had confirmed on Sunday that the couple will pose for pictures once they get hitched. No doubt, the couple’s fans are excited to see them as husband and wife. Well, it’s only a matter of time and fans will get a glimpse of them as a married couple.
Guests spotted arriving at the wedding
Well, if reports are to be believed, the guests had to follow a strict no-phone policy. Earlier today, Diana Penty, Jackie Shroff’s daughter Krishna, Anshula among others were spotted arriving at the wedding venue.
Suniel Shetty and Ahan distribute sweets
Post Athiya-KL Rahul’s wedding, new bride’s father, actor Suniel Shetty and brother Ahan Shetty were spotted distributing sweets to paparazzi. Suniel and Ahan decked up in traditional outfits. The father-son duo looked beyond happy.
Earlier, several photos and videos from the newlywed couple’s sangeet night went viral on social media. Reportedly, Athiya’s good friend Akansha Ranjan and others grooved to Bollywood songs like ‘Besharam Rang’ and ‘Humma Humma’ at the sangeet ceremony. Suniel and Mana Shetty were reportedly joined by Athiya and KL Rahul on the dance floor too.
