Isn’t that inspiring? It makes us want to pack our bags and head to the Himalayas too.

Earlier, Ayan had taken to Instagram to share how he had taken 8 years to write the movie. “I started writing Brahmāstra 8 years ago, have grown and evolved and aged through the process, and still, the writing never stops,” he wrote in an Instagram post.

Interestingly, Ayan’s previous films (‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’) also featured Ranbir Kapoor in a leading role. In an old interview with The Times Of India, he said, “Ranbir is probably the most significant creative collaboration I have had so far. He agreed to do my first film, which was a huge leg up for me. He stood by me on my second film when the idea seemed very amorphous. Up to this point I am still discovering the film but his faith in me is meaningful and has bolstered my confidence. And now the relationship feels like an old marriage.
