Baba Siddique’s Son Targeted: Death Threat from ‘D Company’ Demands Rs 10 Crore
This incident came at a time when actor Salman Khan has also been receiving multiple death threats. Just days before Siddique’s murder, gunshots were fired outside Salman Khan’s house in Bandra. A few days ago, the Mumbai traffic police also received a WhatsApp message threatening Salman again, adding to the growing concerns around celebrity safety in the city.
Now, a new threat has surfaced. Baba Siddique’s son, Zeeshan Siddique, has received a death threat via email. In this threatening mail, a ransom of Rs 10 crore was demanded. Zeeshan confirmed the news and shared his concern, saying, “I got a threat via mail from D company, as mentioned at the end of the mail, they demanded a ransom of Rs 10 crore. The police have taken the details and recorded the statement. Our family is disturbed because of this.”
According to reports, the email warned Zeeshan that he would be killed in the same way as his father if the ransom was not paid. The police are investigating the matter and have taken Zeeshan’s statement.
This recent development has added to the growing unease in the city, especially among celebrities and public figures. The situation highlights the urgent need for enhanced security and stricter measures to deal with such threats. Meanwhile, Zeeshan and his family are trying to cope with their loss while also facing fresh threats.
