Badhaai Do trailer Twitter reactions: Netizens are impressed with Bhumi, Rajkummar promoting LGBTQ community

Bhumi Pednekar and Rajkummar Rao starrer Badhaai Do trailer is garnering good response from the fans and movie buffs. They are not only heaping praises on Bhumi and Rajkummar for their roles but also the pair for promoting the LGBTQ community via movies. In the trailer, Bhumi is shown as a lesbian who gets married to Rajkummar who also seems to be gay. Unlike Badhaai Ho, people are enjoying this different and humorous Badhaai Do which speaks about LGBTQ. 

Reacting to the trailer, we went through some reactions where a fan wrote on YouTube comments, “So Good to see, Finally Bollywood is bringing such movies and Actors/Actresses accepting such roles with pride and courage even if they’re not one of those (who knows)* shows their open mentality and LGBTQ+ acceptance all over India” while another one said, “Love to see how these Bollywood movies giving an actual impact to society, by bringing such movies that promote LGBTQ freedom, love doens’t care for gender it cares for soul , you have it you own it”

Not just on YouTube, people on Twitter are also gushing over the trailer of the film. One user tweeted, “#BadhaaiDo  will be a entertaining movie for sure, kudos @RajkummarRao @bhumipednekar” another one wrote, “Sure shot #Blockbuster  @RajkummarRao @bhumipednekar  You guys are amazing and flawless as always. #BadhaaiDo.”

Meanwhile, Badhaai Do is Directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni whereas the film is produced by Vineet Jain. The film is scheduled to release in Theatres on 11th February.
